MDB Training

RAAA has partnered with Minnesota Developmental Basketball (MDB) to provide individual skills training for all Rockford basketball players.  Since 1993, MDB has specialized in basketball training for athletes and teams, as well as coaches, who desire to improve their individual basketball skills.

Below is a schedule when MDB will be coming to Rockford to offer Private (1-on-1) and Buddy (2-6 players) lessons as well as Team Training.  Training costs are $50.00 per hour for Private and 2-player Buddy lessons, and $60.00 for 3-6 player Buddy lessons* and Team Training.

*The $60.00 cost is shared between the players scheduling the Buddy lesson.

You may also contact MDB to set up lessons at their Bloomington location.  MDB offers training Monday through Saturday, is open year-round and is always open on school vacation days.
